What are they saying?
So, who's responsible for this tribute site to Cliff DiMarco? And why on earth am I doing this? Well, My name is Deb and I'm a techgrrl from way back who just happened to have a chance meeting with Cliff DiMarco a while ago on a flight out of Phoenix.
Obviously, if you're on this site, you're more interested in Cliff than in me, so I'll keep it brief. I'm head of technology for a private company that has sites nationwide (that means I get the cool toys first) and I travel a lot, a whole lot. I'm 43, married to a wonderful man and have an absolutely fabulous 16 year old daughter. Pretty normal so far, huh?
Oh yeah, I love the usual techie stuff like science fiction and fantasy books and movies, the usual girl things like hot guys and, oh year, hot guys. I've also got an irrepressible curiousity for "Honey Vicarro" If you've never seen any of this show, you really need to find it somewhere. The little bits I've managed to track down are edgy and hot today, it was way ahead of its time. Wow!
Now, back to Cliff, the reason you are here. He was a charming, fascinating man who had quite a story to tell. As with most plane talk, I believed about one-fourth of what he had to say, well, that is, until I later did some checking up on him. Everything he told me I eventually could piece together, It's taken me a few years, but I like to think I've now got the best collection of information on Cliff in cyberspace.
Thanks to all the contributors from various chat rooms and message boards over the years, this site wouldn't be possible without all of you. Please continue to send me any tidbits and photos you happen to have. And as Chad would say "...you're beautiful when you're curious."
